The Junior League of Roanoke Valley is actively seeking a part-time Office Manager
to support our outstanding volunteer organization.

The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and superior customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: telephone and email correspondence; opening, processing, copying and distributing mail; database entry and maintenance; processing credit card payment, invoices and bank deposits; maintenance of files and records; various other general office tasks and other duties as assigned. Preferred candidates would have experience with Content Mangement Systems or Digital Media Systems.
Requirements include: excellent written and verbal communication; highly detail-oriented with strong organizing and coordinating skills; demonstrated office manager or other related experience in a role providing administrative support to and collaborating with other employees or volunteers; demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; background working alone and problem-solving with limited supervision; warm, friendly and approachable demeanor.
