With over 140 active members, JLRV makes a difference in the greater Roanoke valley through hands-on action to help children and their families, financial support to other community organizations, and through the long-term results of training effective volunteers. Our membership is open to women of all races, religions and national origins, and includes both busy moms and business women -- those who want to make a stronger impact in our community. Applications for membership are accepted in the late spring. A nine-month provisional training course begins in September. You may contact the league office at any time during the year for more information.
